As such, the “Well Made Here” team remains on standby because it is only the exact wording of the ministerial mandates that spells out the priority commitments and specific measures that each minister will have to meet, and this will determine to whom the request for support and partnership ought to be addressed.Read more
There is a proliferation of programs promoting local buying. Countries, regions, municipalities, even neighbourhoods are more local than their neighbours. “Well Made Here”, does not intend to position itself as a competitor. Approaching these different initiatives as various anchoring opportunities seems to be a positive stance to adopt.
The second board meeting was held on Wednesday, October 20th by video conference. The agenda included the introduction of the new directors, an overview of the financial statements, a pricing proposal for rates for the coming year, and a steering consultation on the partnership request to be presented to the federal government.Read more
