Launch of an online store for promotional merchandise
During the fall banner trade shows where “Well Made Here” will be exhibited, visiting retailers, exhibiting manufacturers and communication teams from buying groups will get their first look at a transactional site they can visit to purchase various items to identify and promote their participation in the program.
The “Well Made Here” team is actually putting the final touches on the virtual store which will house a wealth of proposed items designed to attract, inform and in short, entice consumers and/or contractors to gain interest and to purchase “Well Made Here” products from hardware stores.
Here is the non exhaustive list of items that will be available through the store:

- 2 ½” dangler w/2″ tab
- 2 ½” dangler w/4″ tab
- Small round poster with
2 ½” cord - Customizable beachwing flag
- Freestanding merchandise display cases

Minimum quantities may be required for certain items.
Should a retailer, manufacturer or banner require an item that is not listed in the store, please contact the “Well Made Here” team for the item to be sourced and made available.
Purchasing possible prior to fall shows
The hundred manufacturers as well as all participating banners will be notified as soon as the store goes online.
“We’re aiming for exhibitors to be able to submit their orders and stock up for the larger fall shows,” promises Isabelle Champagne, director of communications and marketing for Well Made Here.
On tour
Two dates and locations have already been confirmed for the “Well Made Here” kiosk to be on display.
In fact, Célie Cournoyer, director of operations and Audrey Dagenais, director of development and manufacturer services will host the Well Made Here kiosk at the Home Hardware Fall Show from September 22-24 in St. Jacobs ON and at the Salon d’achats RONA – ACE on October 17-18 at the Palais des congrès, in Montreal QC.
Its the perfect occasion for visitors and exhibitors alike to get all the information about the available tools that optimize visibility of the program in stores thus fully benefitting from the tactics to increase the sale of quality Canadian products.
